北京大学中国教育财政科学研究所（简称“北大财政所”）系我国第一所专门致力于教育财政研究的学术机构。目前，我所仅有专职研究人员11名，其中教研和研究系列研究人员共计7名，博士后4名。在没有任何内部激励的情况下，2019年北大财政所研究人员仍然取得了较为丰硕的学术成果。

　　2019年，北大财政所的国际发表成绩喜人。其中学术期刊论文达到10篇，其中数篇发表在Comparative Political Studies、The Journal of Politics、Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization等国际知名期刊上。如：助理研究员魏易和博士后周森等合作的论文College expectations and choices: Explaining the gaps in college enrollment for high-and low-SES students in China发表于International Journal of Educational Development（魏易为第一作者，周森为通讯作者）；博士后周森等人合作的论文Media attention and choice of major: Evidence from anti-doctor violence in China发表于 Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization；刘明兴教授与他人合作的4篇论文分别发表于The Journal of Politics，Comparative Political Studies，Journal of Federalism，Studies in Comparative International Development；等。由刘明兴教授合著的著作Revolutionary Legacy, Power Structure, and Grassroots Capitalism Under the Red Flag in China于2019年5月由剑桥大学出版社出版。此外，北大财政所2019年共有EI索引（The Engineering Index，工程索引）的国际会议论文接收发表2篇，其他国际会议论文2篇。

　　除国际发表外，2019年北大财政所的中文研究成果也表现突出，共计向各部委提交政策研究报告超过30篇，发表24篇中文学术期刊论文和2篇报纸文章，出版3本中文著作，并参与撰写2篇著作章节。
